Nothing like a good kung-fu theater flick to bring smiles all around, and Legend of the Fist did exactly that.
Plot: Little men run around shouting in Chinese/Japanese and beating each other up.
Why we like it: Little men run around shouting in Chinese/Japanese and beating each other up.
Why we smoked while we watched: Little me run around shouting………
The real review: I love Bruce Lee. This is no Bruce Lee flick. It is however a pretty damn good modern kung fu thriller. Donnie Yen reprises the Chen Zhen role well and Qi Shu is a lovely distraction from all the chaos and fight scenes. If you’re down with the Chen Zhen legend, you’ll want to catch this one with a blunt and a friend.
